With a private cloud, you get the benefits of virtualization plus dedicated performance without noisy neighbors. Since your private cloud computing environment is dedicated just to you, you don’t have to worry about compliance or privacy issues. Private clouds can be scaled up or down depending on your business needs.
Our private cloud environment is single tenant meaning that the performance of this environment is 100% dedicated to you without worrying about noisy neighbors. HorizonIQ private cloud also has the benefit of being fully managed while also having a flat monthly fee.
We currently support Windows, Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, and Red Hat. HorizonIQ’s private cloud uses VMware for virtualization.
HorizonIQ offers a 10Gbps uplink with 10TB of outbound bandwidth included with each private cloud node. All inbound transfers are 100% free. Higher outbound bandwidth can be purchased. Outbound bandwidth exceeding the contracted amount is billed based on actual usage.

HorizonIQ requires a minimum of three nodes for any private cloud environment. A maximum of 64 nodes can be supported per cluster. Customers can have an unlimited number of clusters.
HorizonIQ will manage the setup of the hardware, VMware, and firewall including rules. HorizonIQ will ensure the hardware remains operational at all times and patch supported operating systems. HorizonIQ will monitor the environment for any issues. Each customer is responsible for the data that resides within the private cloud environment plus anything at the application layer.
Yes, with our Spend Portability program, we offer the flexibility to change your infrastructure as your business needs also change. You can also add additional nodes at any time.
Yes, any of our private cloud tiers can be paired with our load balancers. Please contact us to learn more.
Yes, you have the ability to update the storage capacity. You can also upgrade to a fully dedicated storage array. Finally, we also have object storage options also available.
